| Make sure to charge candle light for at least 10 hours for the initial charge. Charging will not be finished until the red indicator light on charger base turns green. |
| Insert the adapter jack into the charger base and plug in power adapter to a wall socket. The red light on the charger base will illuminate. |
| Place each candle onto the groove on the charger base; the batteries inside of the candles are being charged. This should take 8 to 10 hours. The green light indicates the batteries have been fully charged. |
| Remove power adapter from wall socket. Candles are now conditioned to lasting 10 to 12 hours. |
